How to claim your $50 Cash Back on a Philips Zoom In-chair Whitening

To be eligible to claim the Philips Zoom! In-chair $50 cash back, you will need to do the following:
Have your teeth professionally whitened by Starbright Dental with Philips Zoom!
1. Schedule a consultation to see if you are eligible for a whitening treatment. Once your dentist gives you the go-ahead, schedule your treatment.
2. Aquire a copy of your Zoom Receipt upon paying for your treatment. Ensure that you have this Receipt filled in and kept for online claim submission.

3. Visit www.philips.com.au/zoomcashback
4. Enter your details on the online form and upload a photo (or scan) of the Zoom Receipt. Submit your details. All mandatory fields need to be compiled correctly in order to receive the cash back.


Your $50 cashback may be on the way!
5. An email confirming the submission of the claim will be sent to the email address provided.
6. Philips will provide the cash back via Electronic Funds Transfer (‘EFT”) to the bank account nominated on the claim form. Transfer of funds will be made within 3-4 weeks of receiving the claim.
